Re: Extension of FACCM Current Bargaining Unit Contract
The negotiating representatives for the County College of Morris and the Faculty Association have agreed on the following:
Effective August 27, 2009, the base salary of each unit member who was employed full time by the College for one semester or more during the preceding academic year shall be increased by $2,070. The minimum and maximum salary ranges for the 2009-2010 fiscal year shall be increased 4.0%.
The contract work year shall be defined as August 27, 2009 through June 18, 2010.
The term of the current bargaining unit contract expiring August 29, 2009 is extended to August 27, 2010. The provisions of paragraph 1 and 2 above, together with all other provisions of the current contract shall remain in force and effect through August 27, 2010.
