MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement between the Board of Trustees of Middlesex County College and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 2269, which was effective as of July 1, 2004 and will expire on June 30, 2007, will be extended for a period of three years, from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010. The current Agreement will remain in full force and effect except for the following changes:
Article 13 – Severance Compensation Program
This provision will be effective during the period beginning on July 1, 2007 and ending on June 30, 2010 with the same maximum number of participants per year, payment per year of service, application dates and effective dates as specified in the current Agreement.
Article 25 – Compensation and Duration
The following across the board increase percentages will be applied to the base salary of all employees on the active payroll on the dates listed below:
4.25% increase effective July 1, 2007
4.25% increase effective July 1, 2008
4.25% increase effective July 1, 2009
Minimum salaries will be increased by 2.5% and maximum salaries will be increased by 4.25% as of the dates listed above (see attached list).
