ORDER
On October 14, 1987, Denise E. Russo filed a petition of appeal with the Public Employment Relations Commission Appeal Board. On January 25, 1988, the matter was transferred to the Office of Administrative Law as a contested case and was assigned to Administrative Law Judge Daniel B. McKeown. On March 9, 1988, petitioner requested that her petition be withdrawn. On March 10, 1988 Judge McKeown issued an initial decision approving the withdrawal.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A . 52:14B-10 we adopt Judge McKeown's Initial Decision.
