Synopsis:
The Executive Director amends a certification to reflect the fact that the previously unaffiliated employee organization (Faculty Association County College of Morris, Inc.), which was certified October 10, 1974 as the majority representative of the employees in a unit stipulated to be appropriate, has affiliated with the New Jersey Education Association. The membership of the Faculty Association voted to affiliate in a secret ballot election after due notice. There has been a complete transfer of officers and members of the unit.
