Synopsis:
Consistent with the findings and recommendations of the Hearing Officer and in the absence of exceptions to his Report and Recommendations, the Executive Director clarifies two units of employees of the State of New Jersey as follows: Cottage Training Supervisors, Head Cook IIs and Head Cook IIIs are included in the Primary Level Supervisors Unit represented by the Intervenor and Senior Therapy Program Assistants are included in the Health, Care and Rehabiliation Services Unit represented by the Petitioner.
