    INTERLOCUTORY DECISION AND ORDER

On November 27, 1985, I issued an Interlocutory Order (I.R. 86-8) compelling the City of Atlantic City to reinstate one Patrick McNamara pending a final disposition of an Unfair Practice Charge brought by Teamsters Union Local 331. On December 6, 1985, the Charging Party, Teamsters Union Local 331, filed an amendment to the Unfair Practice Charge along with a proposed Order to Show Cause involving one Patricia Seel. The Order was signed and made returnable on December 6, 1985.

It was claimed that Mrs. Seel was suspended from her position with the City of Atlantic City under circumstances which were identical to those of Patrick MacNamara and the union submitted an affidavit in support of its allegations.

The affidavit states that Patricia Seel has been an employee of Atlantic City since July 1981. In 1982, Mrs. Seel moved to Atlantic City where she resided until the summer of 1985 when she moved out of Atlantic City. Mrs. Seel is currently employed at the City Airport Utility as a Principal Clerk/Stenographer.

It appearing that Patricia Seel's situation is identical to that of Patrick MacNamara and the City not opposing the Union's instant application for Interim Relief, it was ordered on Monday, December 6, 1985, that Patricia Seel be reinstated to her position with the City pending a final disposition of this matter.
