Synopsis:
Based upon a stipulated record and the waiver of an evidentiary hearing, the Executive Director directs a representation election in a unit of university coadjutant faculty. The sole issue before the Executive Director was whether coadjutant faculty are public employees within the meaning of the Act. The Executive Director finds that the coadjutant faculty are regular, part-time employees entitled to the Act's organizational rights.
