Prior to becoming a full-time arbitrator and mediator, practiced for twenty-four years as a labor and employment attorney in both private practice and as an in-house counsel, and served as senior vice president - labor relations for a Fortune 100 health care corporation for more than a decade. In this capacity, counselled and represented clients in every facet of labor and employment law, as well as negotiating and drafting hundreds of collective bargaining agreements, and preparing and providing labor management training concerning effective labor relations, contract administration, workplace investigations and grievance handling.
