More than 30 years experience in labor and employment law. Started career as a Field Attorney with the Philadelphia Region of the National Labor Relations Board. Subsequent to litigation practice, appointed NJ Administrative Law Judge. Served as Commissioner Member on the NJ Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Commission. Served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Complementary Dispute Resolution Committee, assisting the initiation of the Civil Roster Mediation Program.

CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): Per diem cancellation fee for notice more than ten (21) business days. Travel Time: When travel time exceeds over 4 hours, I charge prorated per diem.
