PER DIEM FEES:
GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION $2,000 + actual and reasonable travel/subsistence expenses. Study time is pro rated. Reserve right to charge pro rata per diem for travel time in excess of four (4) hours. No charge for office expenses. No docketing fees. INTEREST ARBITRATION $
CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): Per diem unless notice of cancellation / postponement / adjournment / abeyance received more than 20 business days before the scheduled hearing date.
