CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): One day per diem for each hearing day cancelled or postponed within 28 calendar days of hearing date. Hearing Time: My per diem for each day or any part thereof spent hearing a case is: Pro-rated per diem for partial day if a hearing day exceeds 8 hours is charged on a half day basis. Study Time: For each day spent in preparation of the opinion and award I charge for pro-rated partial days is on a half day basis.
