1997 to present: over 800 grievance arbitrations, industries include: education and teachers, nursing and healthcare, corrections and guards, transit authority, local, county and state government, gas, water and electric, steel and manufacturing, police, firefighters, entertainment, US Postal Service.
MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
1997 to present: over 150 Grievance Mediation (MED-ARB); over 20 PA ACT 88 School District Fact-findings; over 60 Public Sector Fact-findings/Interest Arbitrations for police, fire, county and municipal employees in Ohio, PA, and Florida. Fact-finding Training in 99, 01, 03, 05, 09 & 2010.

PER DIEM FEES:
GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION $1,750 + expensesINTEREST ARBITRATION $1,750 + expenses
CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): $1,500 if less than 30 calendar days to each scheduled day of hearing. In some cases, interim billing and/or prepayment may be appropriate and may apply.
*EXPENSES WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE PERC OFFICE LOCATION IN TRENTON, NJ.
