GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE:
Resolution of disputes arising under collective bargaining agreements in both the public and private sectors concerning a wide variety of issues. Members of the following panels: Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service; American Arbitration Association's Labor Panel; American Arbitration Association's Employment Panel; New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission; New York State Public Employment Relations Board's Public and Private Sector Panels; New York City Office of Collective Bargaining Arbitration Panel; New Jersey State Mediation Board's Labor Panel; National Mediation Board's Roster of Arbitrators; New York State Education Department's 3020-a Panel; TeachNJ Tenure Panel.

MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
Has served as mediator in a number of collective bargaining disputes in the public sector. Has been retained privately to mediate in Federal Court litigation, and has served as a mediator for the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and New York State Supreme Court, New York County and Queens County.
