MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
While employed by NJ PERC, mediated 700 labor disputes in all areas of public employment including education, higher education, police, fire, municipalities, state, counties, and special purpose authorities.

Selected as Fact Finder in the following school districts: Westwood, Parsippany, Closter, East Greenwich, East Orange, Vineland, Franklin, Gloucester, Somerset Special Services, and Burlington Special Services. Bergen County and CWA, Plainfield and FMBA, Middlesex Co. College and AFT.

INTEREST ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE:
Member of NJ PERC Interest Arbitration Panel. Appointed as Interest Arbitrator in Hillside and FMBA, Hopewell Twp and PBA, Ventnor, and FMBA, Hudson Co. Corrections and PBA, Paterson and IAFF, Plainfield and FMBA, Hanover Twp and PBA, Florham Park and PBA, Irvington and Fire Officers, East Orange and FMBA.
