CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any):
One per diem if hearing canceled within 15 business days. In addition to hearing date, per diem charge applies pro rata to actual study time spent reviewing testimony, evidence, exhibits, arguments and citations as well as preparing the Opinion and Award. Travel expenses will be billed at the prevailing IRS rate and will include parking or train fees as applicable.
