Past and/or present member of the following panels: NYCTA/TWU Local 100, U.S Department of Defense and OFT, Lucent Technologies/IBEW, UPS/APWU, FMCS, American Arbitration Association, National Association of Security Dealers Arbitration Panel, New York City/AFSCME Local 371 Arbitration Panel. One per diem due if advance notice is received less than twenty two (21) calendar days before scheduled hearing date. Travel Time: If travel time exceeds 3 hours in a calendar day, I charge prorated per diem.
