(FMCS, AAA, NAF, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority - FINRA; PERBs - California, Virgin Islands, Washington State, Delaware, Oregon, Montana, Nevada) Prior experience as NLRB Trial Attorney and private law practice in labor and employment. Public sector cases include police, fire, k-12 education, higher education, public works, transportation, health care, construction, federal, state and municipal employees and others.

MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
Mediator with the EEOC, circuit of courts and private mediation indiscrimination, discipline and contractual claims matters.

CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): $1,850 per diem when assigned by the Commission or mutually selected by the parties for each day of hearing, study, research and preparation of opinion and award. Full per diem rate for each hearing day cancelled on less than 14 days notice. Travel fees with be from Trenton, NJ.
