I am a securities arbitrator (FINRA, NASD PHLX, MSRB) and have chairperson status for tripartite panels. I served as a neutral in American Arbitration Association administered class action whole life insurance claims against Prudential and Sun Life insurance companies (1998-2000).

Less than 21 calendar days - full per diem fee. When travel time exceeds 5 hours in a calendar day, I charge an additional per diem.
