GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION $1,700INTEREST ARBITRATION $
CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): 1 day fee unless hearing is cancelled 30 days prior to date of hearing. In calculating the 15 day period, exclude the day of hearing. I usually suggest a second day if it looks like we will not finish. Generally, if a hearing exceeds 6 or 7 hours I would expect to be compensated for additional time on a pro-rata basis. Travel: I usually charge about 1/2 of my daily rate for travel time, on a pro-rata basis. Eg: For 4 hours of travel, parties would be charged about $850
