Experience at state and local levels in uniformed services (police, firefighting, corrections, and sanitation); primary, secondary, and higher education including tenure disputes; municipal employees; toll facilities; transportation; health care facilities; utilities including nuclear facilities; construction; airlines; railroads; communication; entertainment including venues; hospitality industry; food industry; veterans facilities; newspaper industry; and retail industry.

MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
All phases of dispute settlement including sole mediator for New York City teachers and NYC Board of Education, Transit PBA and NYPD; local school districts and units of teachers, custodians, and clerical employees; firefighters and fire department; and so forth.
