INTEREST ARBITRATION $
CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any):
Full per diem fee is charged if less than 20 full business days’ notice prior to date of hearing. Hearing Time: My per diem for each day or any part thereof spent hearing a case is: $2,700. Depending on the length of
additional time, I charge one-half day. Travel Time: If my travel time in a day exceeds 6 hours, I charge a pro-rated fee for travel time.
