MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
As Director (2000-2014) and Deputy Director (1995-2000) of the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining, served as public sector mediator in numerous disputes between the City of New York and municipal unions involving, among others, firefighters, nurses, clerical workers, emergency medical service workers, and correction officers.
