OTHER RELEVANT OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:
Retired as "Labor Counsel" of the New York Telephone Company, (now Verizon). As the Company's chief labor attorney, I supervised a staff of employment attorneys and was responsible for all legal matters, pertaining to its labor and personnel relations including all of its arbitrations, labor and EEO litigation. Advised senior management regarding ERISA, wage/hour and OSHA requirements. I served as an advocate in numerous trials and appeals, administrative proceeding (e.g. NLRB, anti-discrimination agencies) and well over 100 arbitrations.

Unless I receive notice of a postponement or cancellation within (7) days of the scheduled hearing date a fee of $750.00 will be charged. Hearing Time: Ninety minutes or more in each direction will be charged on a pro rata per diem rate on the basis of a 7 hour day for the total amount of travel time.
