GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE:
1975 to present: Have served as labor-management arbitrator in a range of private and public enterprises. Public sector cases include teachers, clerical employees, school administrators, school custodians, hospital employees, welfare workers, nurses, police, firefighters, administrative employees, federal government employees and others. Private sector cases include publishing, printing, steel, maritime, entertainment, music, non-profit, paper, pharmaceutical, freight, communications, chemical, manufacturing, nursing home, hospital, insurance, higher education, and others.
MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
Have served as mediator in employment disputes involving statutory and other individual claims. Have also mediated grievance disputes. Serve as mediator for the EEOC.
INTEREST ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE:
Have arbitrated interest disputes in private sector.
