CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): Full per diem charged if notice of cancellation is ten business days before hearing. Study Time: If time spent on study and writing is 4 hours or less, a half per diem fee is charged. If study and writing exceeds 4 hours, a full per diem is charged. Travel Time: As long as total travel time does not exceed 4 hours, no additional charge. Reimbursement for travel costs: transportation and lodging. Transportation will be by common carrier or mileage at the prevailing IRS rate plus tolls.
