CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): 30 calendar days. Postponements and Cancellations: The full per diem rate for scheduled hearing dates is payable if notice of cancellation or postponement is received less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
Travel Time and Expenses: No charge for travel time for hearings conducted in New Jersey. Reasonable charges may be made for actual and necessary expenses of travel, mileage, lodging and incidentals that are incurred as a result of the hearing.
