CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): $1800.00 (if 20 or fewer full business days notice) Hearing Time: I reserve the right to charge a pro-rated per diem if travel and hearing time exceed 8 hours in a day. Travel Time: When travel time exceeds (1) hour, I reserve the right to charge a pro-rated per diem if travel and hearing time exceed 8 hours in a day. I charge for travel time if it is needed either the day before or after a hearing.
