1983-2013: Field Attorney-National Labor Relations Board, Newark, NJ
Responsible for investigating, researching and litigating unfair labor practice cases arising under the provisions of the LMRA which are before the General Counsel for investigation and adjudication, including handling statutory priority cases before the Federal District Court
Responsible for processing representation petitions under Section 9(a) of the LMRA, as amended, including acting as Counsel for the Regional Director and hearing Officer at both pre and post election hearings.
1977-1983: Counsel-National Labor Relations Board, Washington, DC
As Counsel to several Board members, responsible for the review and analysis of assigned cases and the preparation of proposed decisions for consideration by the Board as well as advise and assist Board members in reaching a final decision regarding disputes relating to union representation elections and unfair labor practices and draft Board's Decision and Order for their review and approval.
