Have written over 900 decisions dealing with every complex issue in interest arbitration in the public and private sectors.

Have acted as mediator-arbitrator in over 200 cases both in the public and private sectors. Have acted as fact-finder and mediator in over 250 cases in both public and private sectors.

CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any):
A cancellation fee of $1,800 per scheduled hearing date(s) is charged if the parties cancel or continue a hearing within 30 calendar days of the scheduled date(s), or if a continuance is granted from the scheduled hearing date(s) and the case is ultimately resolved without hearing. ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE CHARGED FROM TRENTON, NJ.
