Scores of grievance arbitrations presented representing police, fire, college and corrections uniformed services; county, municipal and Authorities employees; teachers, administrators and other education employees and Board. Handled discipline, due process, past practice, etc.
MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
Served as chief negotiator and professional consultant and representative participating in numerous mediation sessions for all levels of uniformed and non-uniformed, and education public employees. Presented scores of Interest Arbitration cases for uniformed service employees and Fact Finding cases for non-uniformed service employees.
