CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any): $1,500 for cancellations made less than 15 days. I bill travel mileage from my office in Scranton, PA. I charge the federal government's daily allowed rate for meals and incidental expenses (M&IE). I charge for actual hotel cost.. Telephone charges are for conference calls only at rate of $190 per hour. I do not charge for regular phone calls or calls related to scheduling hearings.
