Hearing Time: My per diem for each day or any part thereof spent hearing a case is: $2,100-For example, if hearing is scheduled for 10 am-5pm w/lunch, and parties need to run to 5:45 to wrap up, no charge-up to discretion of arbitrator. Study Time: When travel time exceeds 2 Hours R/T, I charge as follows: $2100.00/per diem-pro-rated hourly.
