MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
Served as an Advocate on Labor & Management sides since 1972 and as a neutral since 1996. Instructor on Interest Based Bargaining with Cornell ILR; Have mediated and engaged in fact-finding for public and private sector collective bargaining impasses pursuant to designations by N.Y. PERB, Florida PERC [where I serve as a Special Magistrate since 2007] as well as requests by parties. Have also mediated contract and employment law disputes.

CANCELLATION NOTICE AND FEE (if any):
$2000 for each cancelled date unless cancelled no later than 30-days written notice. When travel time plus expenses exceeds 3.0, I charge as follows: Pro-rata based on a 6-hour day.
