Public sector cases include matters between Federal, State, County and Municipal employers in collective bargaining agreements with Administrators, Nurses, Police/Fire, Teachers. Private sector grievances experience include Airline, Automotive, Building Supply, Construction, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Shipping, Sports, Transportation and Warehousing industries. Named Project Arbitrator in major construction projects in New York and New Jersey "Project Labor Agreements".
MEDIATION AND FACT-FINDING EXPERIENCE:
Public Sector: Mediator in disputes between employers and teachers, fire and police employees. Fact-finder and Hearing Officer appointed in Municipal and State matters.
Private Sector: Contract Mediator in numerous grievance matters. Ad hoc fact-finder in (State and Federal) court directed matters. Mediator of Harassment and Discrimination cases.
INTEREST ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE:
Issued over 100 Interest Arbitration Awards as a Member of the Special Panel of Interest Arbitrators for Police and Fire contracts in the State of New Jersey. Served as Private Sector Interest Arbitrator in the bottling, building and construction, manufacturing, newspaper, transportation and trucking industry collective bargaining agreements.
